**THE COMPANY**:Envico Engineering Ltd is an Award-Winning progressive company who is a market leader in their specialised fields. We already have 2 sites in South Wales and are opening a further site in Glasgow as part of our expansion plan supporting our growing client base and orderbook.
We design, manufacture & install GRP housings amongst other diverse products. Our Primary client base includes the Utility Companies and Construction sectors. Envico Engineering Ltd. is an ambitious, dynamic, and professional organisation with 46 years of manufacturing in the Swansea area. As Envico continues to thrive and our client base expands, we are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk.
**THE ROLE**:The Purchase Ledger Clerk will report to the Finance Director and the main responsibilities will include:
Matching invoices to PO's & uploading within our ERP system, taking care to police coding.
Liaising with suppliers / depots to resolve any invoice queries.
Maintaining the purchase ledger accounts, completing statement reconciliations to ensure that all accounts are up to date.
Regularly review the Aged Creditors report.
Administration of the PO system.
Assist in processing weekly payment runs.
Monitor the purchase ledger inbox.
Ad-hoc analysis as and when the business requires.
**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
Previous Accounting experience essential and inhouse training available.
Competent in Microsoft Office, specifically excel.
Prior experience using an ERP system would be helpful, but not essential.
Ability to work as part of a team & on own initiative.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Be organised, accurate and have an inquisitive nature.
Will be expected to provide cover for colleagues (Accounts Receivable). Training will be provided.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
