We’re actively seeking renewals advisors to build upon our ever growing team in the heart of Boldon, Tyne & Wear Whether you have experience in sales, customer service, or you are just looking for a new challenge - we want to speak to you

**Role Description**
- Contacting existing customers with the aim to renew their energy tariff
- Achieving a daily target
- Structured support & development within an academy environment for the first 4 weeks
**Requirements for the role**
- To be our voice, communicating and focusing on customers whilst delivering the best possible knowledge and prospects
- A self motivator who wants to drive themselves to success
- Be a team player
- Have a sense of resilience and professionalism to deliver quality service to future customers
- To be prepared to feel valued in a company that’s ever growing and where internal growth is one of our biggest principles

- 8 hour shift
