We are looking for dynamic and hardworking Bar and floor staff to join our team at Runa Farm Barnard Castle. As part of our Front of House team you will deliver 5* customer service at all times for our guests within a wedding venue setting or bar and restaurant. We are looking for Bar staff with high standards of attention to detail, bubbly personalities and a willingness to learn and work in a fast paced environment. Support may be required at some of our sister venues including Lartington Hall also in Barnard Castle.

- Previous Bar experience preferable but not required
- Own transport preferred as shift times will vary
- Deliver an extraordinarily high level of customer service and a ‘can-do’ ethic.
- Be keen to learn new skills on the bar and take pride in the cocktails being served.
- Be a hard-working team player.
- Able to retain and relay a good standard of food and beverage knowledge.
- Able to work as part of a team as well as alone working.
- Maintain a good level of cleanliness/tidiness within your section.
