**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a member of the Front of House team, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for creating memorable experiences through your hospitality skills and attention to detail.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Support catering events as required, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout the establishment.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Bartending skills are an advantage, with knowledge of various beverages and cocktails.
- Understanding of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards helping others and providing excellent service.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
