To support our ambitious growth plans, we are doubling the size of our customer-service team to ensure we continue to provide the best support to each and every customer. Based in our brand new Derry offices, the customer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a high level of customer service to new and existing customers
- Dealing with a high level of incoming customer calls in a polite and professional manner
- Processing Customer Payments
- Updating Customers accounts/ Details
- Adhoc duties as required
