**Job Purpose**:
**The Melbourne Club**:Within the opulent surroundings of the Brocket Hall Estate sit our two championship golf courses. We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Golf Services Assistant to join the team deliver the highest possible service standard to our valued members and players. As one of the main contacts for our members and guests you will ensure each individual receives an outstanding 5* customer experience whilst visiting us.

**The Role**:
As part of the Golf Services team you will need to be flexible and cover varying shifts typically between 06:00am & 21:00pm.

Weekend work is required as part of a 5-day week.

**Duties include**:
Golfer check-in & bookings

Meet & greet duties on member and guest arrival

Assist with outside operations including the setup of golf carts, member’s trolleys and clubs and cleaning of all items post round

Keep practice facilities presentable and ensure a constant supply of range balls available throughout the day.

Have the ability to focus attention on guests needs and remain calm and courteous at all times

Assist guests with golf equipment and service items.

Maintain and deliver a seamless and memorable 5* customer service.

Ideally have an interest and understanding of the game.

Knowledge of golf systems - BRS, POS, Golf Genius, EZ Suite etc.

Previous experience in a similar role is an asset

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Able to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Flexible with a confident and professional approach to work.

Possess a positive and outgoing personality.
