**About us**:
We are a brand-new state of the art Radiology clinic in Harley Street, that provides an interventional and diagnostic with a focus providing a high-quality, effective service for our patients and consultants.
**Your duties**:
- You work as an integral part of the imaging team, providing a high standard of patientcentred care, meeting the needs of patients, consultants and colleagues.
- You work within the multi-disciplinary team to deliver care, maintain and enhance the customer service and satisfaction of service users under the supervision of a Registered Practitioner.
- You conduct yourself professionally within the HCA/ Imaging Assistants standard framework, understanding the standards in accordance with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) Codes of professional Conduct and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- You demonstrate competence in the role of Imaging Assistant within the scope of your working areas.
- You work alongside multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and high-quality care provision for patients.
**Required**:
- Previous experience in an Imaging or Healthcare Assistant role.
- Experience of customer care, including interacting with customers in challenging situations.
- Care Certificate.
- NVQ Level 1/NVQ Level 2/NVQ Level 3 (Healthcare specific) or equivalent.
- Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence
**Salary**:
- Up to £28,000 depneding on experince

Similarly, no information of a personal or confidential nature concerning individual members of staff should be divulged to anyone without the proper authority. Failure to observe these rules will be regarded as serious misconduct, which could result in disciplinary action being taken including dismissal. **Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year
