**About the Role**
Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting patient care? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our clinical operations. While this is a non-clinical role, your contributions will have a direct impact on the quality of care we provide to our patients.
In this position, you’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks, assist with patient queries, and support communication between patients and our clinical team. If you have a proactive attitude, excellent organisational skills, and a genuine desire to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you Prior experience in healthcare is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
As a Clinical Administrator, you’ll manage patient queries, assist with document preparation, and ensure accurate record-keeping. You’ll also help prioritise and manage workflows, escalating any issues as necessary to ensure patient safety and service quality. Acting as a key point of contact for patients, you’ll liaise with healthcare providers and collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**:
- Prepare, file, and maintain clinical documents and patient records in line with regulatory standards.
- **Workflow Management**:
- Prioritise workloads effectively to meet deadlines and support smooth operations.
- Assist with tasks related to patient care, such as prescription clarifications and medication follow-ups.
- Recognise and escalate complex queries or issues to the appropriate team member.
- **Communication and Liaison**:
- Act as a point of contact for patients, providing support and clear communication throughout their journey.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, such as GP surgeries and pharmacies, to meet clinical team needs.
- Ensure seamless information flow between colleagues to maintain continuity of care.
**What We’re Looking For**
- **Skills and Experience**:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior administrative experience, particularly in a healthcare setting, is advantageous but not essential.
- **Attributes**:
- Proactive and solution-focused, taking ownership of tasks.
- Ability to recognise when to escalate issues to ensure service quality.
- Passionate about supporting patients and clinical teams.
- Team player with the ability to manage individual responsibilities effectively.

**Salary**: £24,960 - £25,500
