**Responsibilities**
We are looking for a a Lead Instructor/ Trainer to run the ISA Internal Training Portfolio. Duties including but not limited to:
- Demonstrate a full working knowledge of Systems Approach to Training inclusive of TNA in order to develop new training courses
- Supervision and delivery of all ISA Internal Training packages.
- Manage the ISA training facility.
- Demonstrate a thorough and accurate knowledge of their field or discipline in terms of both practical and theory-based training
- Development of training materials including, Instructor Specification and Lesson Plans and supporting material
- Ability to utilise technology to enhance instruction and the educational experience when appropriate.
- Deliver a course load appropriate to their field or discipline.
- Plan and organize instruction in ways that maximize student learning.
- Review training package and implement an improvement programme where required.
- Modify, where appropriate, instructional methods and strategies to meet diverse student’s needs.
- Employ available instructional technology, i.e. the Internet, interactive technology, when appropriate.
- Contribute to the selection and development of instructional materials in accordance with course objectives.
- Conduct training Scheduling meeting along with the Assistant
**Key qualifications**
- Must be a qualified Instructor at a L3 Standard - Level 3 AET or PTLLS Course as a minimum standard.
- Knowledge/Experience in Engineering and Construction Industry.

Future opportunities within our Infrastructure Strategic Alliance (ISA). The ISA provides Sellafield Ltd with the capability and capacity to deliver a growing programme of infrastructure projects required for an aging asset portfolio. The alliance is mainly aimed at protecting and developing the utility assets; however, it also has scope for a number of non-utility asset projects as well.
