Kettering, United Kingdom Industrial Site Maintenance Full time

As Projects and Implementation Assistant, you'll report into our Projects and Implementation Manager, ensuring the successful delivery of implementation projects across our business. You will be a supporting contact for all stakeholders within any implementation plan. You will also work closely with our department heads, to ensure any new processes required are developed to support future operational efficiency.

Willingness to travel is essential for this position.

**Responsibilities**
- Be the key contact at all stages of contract implementation to meet both internal and external customer expectations through regular positive engagement with all involved
- Support the cross-functional plan for implementations, utilising a mobilisation project planner.
- Responsible for the effective delivery of contract implementations from inception through to successful handover to the operational team
- Assist with all projects to ensure they are delivered on time, in budget, and to agreed contract specification
- Continuously review and improve our approach to the implementation process.
- Work closely with the Sales and Operational teams to deliver project and implementation objectives
- Support in developing the onsite colleagues - delivering ISM standards training
- Travelling to sites and occasional overnight stays may be required therefore a flexible approach to your working schedule is essential

**Experience**
- Experience of building relationships and effective stakeholder engagement
- Experience of supporting with multiple projects in multiple locations - desirable but not essential as full training will be given
- Capable of demonstrating delivery of objectives and performance measures

- Administration experience working with spreadsheets and data analysis
