We are currently seeking Accounts Assistant to join our Northwich office to support and assist the Scottish Property Management team.

The role ensures that the property management function has accurate financial information to deliver the highest quality service and the role of Accounts Assistant/Administrator is integral to this.
- This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain or broaden their experience in a variety of accounting functions such as Treasury function, Invoicing and Finance Support, Debt Recovery, Tribunal Preparation and Legal Assistances and more in theProperty industry with a professional and highly regarded Company._

**The role will include**:

- KPI reporting both internally and externally
- Bank Reconciliations
- General Ledger, Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger Maintenance
- Budget preparation
- Monitoring and Processing of Direct Debits
- Resolution of Financial Queries from Suppliers and Owners.
- Financial Support and problem solving for the Property Managers
- Debt Recovery and Credit Control Function.
- New Business set-up in accordance with the Title Deeds
- Tribunal preparations and Title Deed reviews
- Financial Reconciliation of Owners accounts following a sale.
- Ensuring excellent customer service & building relationships with Property Managers, Owners, Committees and Solicitors.

**Essential Skills required**:

- Qualified to a minimum of AAT Level 4 or soon to be qualified
- Ability to clearly convey financial information to non-financial parties
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with excel skills including V Look ups, formula and pivot tables
- Good Attention to Detail
- Minimum Grade C or 5 equivalent at Maths and English GCSE
