to join their growing team.

**You'll be**:

- Be responsible for producing engaging, innovative, and on-trend video content for our clients via our roster of Content Creators & Influencers.
- Identify and verify the quality of Content Creators within the client’s niche that meets the objectives of the client's brief.
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of the client and Content Creators.
- Create and distribute creative briefs to creators.
- Communicate with creators to ensure they understand the requirements for the videos they are creating.
- Manage creators to ensure they are on track and offer assistance when needed.
- Quality check content to ensure it meets the required specifications and quality standards, and make necessary changes and/or manage those changes where necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all content is delivered on time and meets the required specifications and desired quality standards.
- Join client kickoff meetings and own client communications surrounding content and creative.
- Source creators and assist with the onboarding process.
- Manage the approval process of all videos before sending them through to clients.
- Manage the feedback process from clients to continuously improve our offering.

You'll have;
- Experience within an Influencer Executive or Manager role ideally used to working with a large number of Content Creators.
- Knowledge of Influencer contracts and rates for Content Creators.
- Confident in liaising directly with clients.
- Be on the pulse with the best talent across TikTok and Instagram.
- Previous Project Management experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.

**Salary**: £28,000 - £40,000 Dependent on experience.
Location: Notting Hill - Ideally 5 days in the office.
