We are looking for a passionate and dedicated **Operations Team Leader** to become part of our Eurostar Kitchen team at our state-of-the-art headquarters at Bicester, Oxfordshire.

Our Eurostar team produce the catering for Eurostar Business Premium and Standard Premium class, up to 40,000 dishes per week leave our unit and we are incredibly proud to say our menus are created and signed off with the support of Raymond Blanc, working closely with us creating two seasonal menus per year.

We are incredibly proud of our offering and we’re looking for someone who has a passion for food and wants to develop their current skills further, someone who is able to work under pressure and maintain incredibly high standards, whilst producing high volume.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Lead a packing team of 20 in day to day operation
- Organise and assign daily workload to team members
- Liaise with Lead chef on duty on daily priorities and focuses
- Monitoring and controlling of daily due diligence
- Creating product labels and packing special meals as per daily orders
- Managing fridge/freezer stocks as required
- Continuously monitor product quality and consistency through the chain of production, including assembling and delivery

**You must be**:

- Passionate about great food with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure within a busy kitchen environment
- Have great leadership skills (leading by example)
- Experience working in a similar environment
- Experience working as a Team Leader in a fresh food background for at least year

**The Role**:

- 5 days out of 7 (including weekends on a rotational basis)
- 40 hours per week
- £27,750 per annum
