To help us on our way, we're looking for a talented UX Writer to join our Design team.

As UX Writer, you'll drive content design across our business and consumer products, for web and mobile app.

As an integral part of the team, you'll collaborate closely with a fellow UX Writer, alongside Product Designers and Researchers. Your colleagues know what you do and value your expertise. You'll provide your expert input to co-create innovative, data-driven, and informed experiences-all the while ensuring the Trustpilot voice is embedded in everything from titles to tooltips. You'll also work with other stakeholders in Localization, Engineering, Legal, and Brand, to ensure UX copy balances user needs with other business goals.

**In your role, you will**:

- Plan, write, and refine American English content for user flows across Trustpilot products
- Collaborate with a fellow UX Writer and product teams to shape experiences, by creating useful content that helps users complete their tasks
- Work with Product Designers and Researchers to investigate problems. Use empathy and data to inform content choices and solve them
- Use, uphold, and help develop tone and voice content standards, the design system, and design principles. Understand how to use them and and help others to reference them
- Be a strong voice for UX writing throughout the product development process. Help ensure that copy is considered from start to finish
- Promote the UX writing perspective to showcase the value it brings across Trustpilot (including discovery, workshops, deep dives, maintenance, etc.)
- Work with Localization to ensure copy translates across all Trustpilot markets, and has a unified voice across languages

**We are looking for people with**:

- Bachelor's degree in Writing, English, UX Design, Information Architectecture, HCI, Journalism, or a related field
- Proven experience writing content for web and/or mobile as a UX Writer, Content Designer, Content Strategist, or similar
- Excellent English language skills
- Familiarity with design and research tools-Figma, Miro, UserTesting, or similar.
- Experience guiding colleagues in UX writing best practices and establishing UX writing consistency
- Familiarity with research-informed content design
