**Make a difference**:
We're on the lookout for a Designer to join our growing Communications Design team. The team works across the business to create and deliver a range of integrated digital marketing campaigns for the FreeAgent brand. They are responsible for ensuring all the brilliant products, features, and content we create are seen, heard, and talked about.

We are seeking someone who loves design as much as we do. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the production of high-quality creative design work for advertising campaigns and projects, including creating pixel-perfect digital advertising from the pitch stage through to final delivery and launch. This includes campaign landing pages, static and animated banners, responsive ads, print and social media channels.
- Take creative briefs for campaigns and design impactful digital advertising concepts across mobile and web for a diverse range of product features and audience needs
- Deliver your work by exploring challenges and opportunities, generating ideas that can help us build our brand profile and drive acquisition.
- Participate and contribute to a vibrant design community at FreeAgent
- Switch between digital (mobile and web) and sometimes print design
- Work with creative writers on integrated brand and tactical campaigns delivered through multiple channels. You will be interested in words, what they can do, and how they can help your work be more effective.
- Play an active role in the comms design team, bringing your curiosity and inventiveness with you every day.

**Ideally you'll**:

- have demonstrable experience working on integrated brand campaigns across multiple channels. You have delivered some stand-out work already but you want to do more.
- be comfortable using Adobe Suite programmes and other creative software such as Figma
- be fascinated by design, marketing and brand communications and the channels they use.
- want to do meaningful, ethical, purpose-driven projects: FreeAgent exists to help small businesses be happier and more successful
- ensure strong working relationships with your colleagues across the business
- have great communication and collaboration skills. You'll enjoy taking ownership and responsibility for your work.
- share a body of work which aligns with the requirements of the role we have advertised.

Extra points for:

- Experience using Celtra
- Knowledge of HTML
- Detailed understanding of UX/UI principles
- Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Illustrator)
