Office Facilities Assistant

My client is seeking an Office Facilities Assistant to support their growing team.
This is a new position to work for this exciting company
**Duties**
General administrative tasks
Assisting with new starter office set up: furniture, IT hardware and software requirements, etc.
Ensuring the office space remains a tidy and safe space in which to work
Liaising with remote IT service desk with any issues
Keeping track of stationery and office consumables
Responsible for security and parking: keeping track of access fobs, office keys, allocated parking bays and ensuring visitor procedure is followed correctly
Assisting with organising materials for events, trade shows and exhibitions.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage many and varied workstreams
Good team worker, able to work with multiple individuals simultaneously whilst managing their priority lists
A problem solver with a 'cando’ attitude
IT savvy (setting up desks, laptops, cables, VC equipment, etc.)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Attention to detail and quality
Qualifications (minimum of 5 GCSE grades A* - C (9-5 from August 2017) including English and Maths
Present every day at their offices in HemelHempstead
