This market leading law firm is currently looking for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join its team in Newcastle.
- The newly appointed Corporate Solicitor will be joining an expanding team, dealing with a range of corporate finance transactions including M&A work, IPOs, start-ups and shareholder agreements.
- You will manage your own caseload as well as working with the partners, benefiting from their extensive experience on more complex transactions
- You will be a Corporate Solicitor with at up to 3 years’ PQE gained from another leading national or regional law firm.
- Recently qualified Solicitors who have gained significant Corporate experience during their training contract are encouraged to apply.
- You will have experience of working with a range of business from SMEs and owner managed businesses through to large corporates.
- It is vital to be a good team player with excellent communication and organisational skills, with keen commercial mind
