CORPORATE SOLICITOR, 5+ YEARS PQE, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, TO C£80,000 + BENEFITS AND HYBRID WORKING – Successful, Legal 500 firm offering great opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to take on a key role in the team. JOB REF:1910 This modern and forward thinking commercial law firm has ambitious plans for growth. Boasting a client base that rivals those of some of the country's largest law firms, it offers employees City quality work in a friendly, non-hierarchal culture. You will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of corporate law work. You can expect to be working on mergers and acquisitions, share transfers and private equity amongst other matters. You will be encouraged to carry out your own business development work and to build and maintain a strong network of corporate clients. This is an excellent opportunity for corporate solicitors with at least 5 years’ PQE and will have experience in managing £multimillion corporate transactions. This role comes with excellent prospects for progression and there is the scope for the appointed corporate solicitor to progress to a partner role before too long.
