Field Care Supervisor- Home Care

**JohnJasper Care** are currently recruiting permanent **Field Care Supervisor **who holds a **full UK Driving Licence and access to their own vehicle,** with a minimum 2 years home care experience, for our well managed home care and community support services for children and adults covering all **North Tyneside areas and North Gosforth**.
**JohnJasper Care are a Tier 1 commissioned provider with North Tyneside Council, we also support a number of complex packages for clients with significant needs throughout the Tyne areas.**

The Field Care Supervisor is a vital role between our clients, staff and management team
**Benefits**:

**Duties will include**
- Conducting inspections, competencies, spot checks etc
- Supporting out of hours currently one every 6 weeks on a weekend (extra payment on top of salary) £140 payment
- Supporting the induction and sign off new staff.
- Supporting the smooth running of our services by directly working in complex services where senior oversight is required.
- Supporting the Management team with day-to-day tasks as required.
- Logging of vital information and reporting, managing documentation and ensuring all documentation is compliant.
- Collaborating with clients and our staff in homes, community and support with day-to-day tasks such as personal care, dressing, medications etc.

- Referee contact details covering the past 5 years of employment or suitable character reference for gaps of employment.
- Driving license and own vehicle
There are core hours to this role, working in the office and on a weekly alternating rota with split shifts and weekend work included. Working hours are 7am-2pm, 2.30pm-10pm, 7am-10pm. These will be discussed at interview

We are based in Newcastle upon Tyne and cover the wider North East areas. We currently provide homecare for North Tyneside Northumberland Local Authority. We have a 5 star employee rating on Google
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
