**Depot Administrator**

**Company Overview**:
We are a leading transportation and logistics company that specialises in providing efficient and reliable specialist transport services. We have over 100 vehicles in our fleet, and over 160 staff working at our seven national depots. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, we pride ourselves on delivering timely and cost-effective solutions to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Producing and distributing documentation received from customers and drivers ensuring it is dealt with in a timely manner.
- Invoicing, including resolving queries so invoices can be raised and raising depot invoices ensuring details are correct and up to date on our in-house planning system.
- Assisting the depot manager and account managers as and when required to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Recording driver holiday requests and absences.
- Maintaining and recording petty cash expenditure.
- Maintaining office supplies.
- Filing and archiving of documents and data.
- To ensure that telephone calls are answered promptly.
- To assist the depot manager when required which includes but is not limited to checking, completing and distributing documentation upon request i.e. printing drivers POD’s, driver timesheets, driver infringements, service and compliance related paperwork.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.

**Knowledge, qualifications and experience**:

- Proficiency in Maths and English
- IT Skills at intermediate level;
- General administration experience.

**Competencies**:

- Interpersonal skills necessary to develop and sustain effective relationships with depot staff and customers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Able to act proactively and with limited direct supervision.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Demonstrate first class attention to detail and team working skills.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
