Finance Business Partner | Chester | £60,000

An opportunity to join a well respected brand based in the Chester area, a purely commercial role focussed on improving the quality of information available to key stakeholder to aide decision making.

An ideal step for someone who has completed their CIMA/ACCA qualification and looking for a role where they can add real value.

Main duties consist of;
- Act as a strategic partner to business units, collaborating to drive financial performance and operational efficiency
- Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support key decision-making processes
- Lead and support ERP implementation and system optimisation projects
- Drive change and transformation initiatives within the finance department and across the organisation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT systems that enhance finance processes
- Serve as a systems accountant, ensuring the integrity and functionality of financial systems and tools
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities
- Collaborating with business units to understand their financial needs and provide strategic support
- Analysing financial data and providing insights to support decision-making processes
- Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, with a solid understanding of financial analysis and forecasting
- Expertise in IT systems with the ability to drive system enhancements and optimisations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across business units
- Proven experience as a systems accountant, ensuring the integrity and functionality of financial systems and tools
