**About the role**
We have a new exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our Asset Management team in London on a permanent full-time basis. We currently offer a Hybrid working style.

As a Senior Administrator, you will be supporting two Contract Officers and your manager as part of the Asbestos & Water Safety team with delivering the on-going compliance requirements. You will assist with ensuring compliance information and reports are up to date and accurate, tracking open orders and ensuring customer and colleague queries are responded to quickly. The Asbestos and Water Safety team interact with colleagues from across the business which makes this an interesting role.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for
- Monitoring the performance of contracts and/or suppliers ensuring quality and value for money.
- Creating work orders and purchase orders.
- Updating NEC (Asset Management System) in bulk and in front end of system.
- Develop, maintain and monitor systems, registers, records and databases for the efficient inputting, storage and retrieval of data for generating reports.
- Encourage the efficient flow of communication with other offices, departments, external customers and suppliers.
- Produce accurate documentation/presentation materials through the typing of letters, reports and minutes.
- Providing compliance reports to the wider team.

You’ll also be able to demonstrate:

- Experience of working to deadlines and targets.
- Customer service experience.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to organise workload effectively and work methodically on own initiative.
- Good oral and written communications.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
- Qualified to Level 4 in Maths and English

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Qualified to Level 4 in English & Maths (or equivalent)
