A successful 30 year old, 40 strong franchise operation, our client serves the automotive and transport industry nationwide. Offering windscreen repairs, monthly fleet checks, restoration of headlights and scratched vehicle windows to more than 400 nationaltransport fleet customers, national car hire operators, bus and coach operators and franchised car dealers.
They are looking for an Experienced B2B National Sales Manager / Franchise Manager with an entrepreneurial ambition to grow their market share in line with their business strategy. This role offers the perfect opportunity for career development. You willbe supported by an admin team based at their Head Office in Kent.
Visiting new and existing clients, along with their franchisees on a regularly basis, your position will be mainly field based but ideally you will be in commutable distance to the Head Office.
**Your role will include, but is not limited to**:
- Develop and maintain existing relationships with their largest customers.
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Oversee all aspects of their Franchisee Scheme
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Senior Sales Management experience in the B2B market
- Franchise Operations and/or Automotive Experience preferred.
- Full UK Driving Licence
