**Brief Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and organised, professional individual who likes the challenges of everyday business life, who can work individually and as a part of a team. Someone who is passionate about real estate, as well as someone that is willing to learn and develop with us.

**Detailed Description**:
This individual will be the personal assistant to the managing director. They will assist with the day-to-day running tasks of the business. This person will be the eyes and ears of the managing director so they will also need to have a keen eye for attention to detail and be flexible with timings.

**Qualifications/Skills/Experience/Tasks**:
**This is a position of great responsibility as you will be the eyes and ears for the MD.**
- Need to be IT Savvy and need to be good with computers and be confident in being able to use and operate different software packages and systems.
- Excellent Communication verbal and written
- Needs to have excellent organisational skills.
- Know how to prioritise workloads.
- Keen eye for attention to detail
- Tech savvy
- Zoom Video Conferencing
- Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher etc.)
- To have a keen eye for attention to detail
- To manage director’s diary
- To be able to liaise with clients when outsourcing work internationally
- Have a passion for real estate
- Have a passion to help others
- To have knowledge of the real estate business
- To be qualified by relevant experience
- To be flexible with timings
- To have a clear and concise telephone manner (Will be communicating with foreign clients)
- Friendly/Bubbly personality
- Excellent organisational and time keeping skills

**Training/Trial Period**:

- There will be a 1-week training period in which the individual will get to understand the relevant parts of the real estate industry.
- There will also be a 1-week trial period that will determine the outcome of the role.
- There will be plenty of potential opportunities to come in the near future

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: From £8,400.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
