We are an ethical organisation aiming to help reduce the Housing Crisis and protecting the interest of our landlords.

We have over 25,000 Tenants waiting to be housed all over the UK who are most vulnerable people in our society whom the Housing System has failed out of no fault of their own.

We support and try and help house the following types of tenants,

**War Veterans - The Elderly - Young People - The Homeless - Single Parents - Victims of Domestic Violence - The Disabled - People with Mental Illnesses.**

These tenants come from the 87 Councils we are working with (and our aim is to be working with every council in the country).

We also support and help every office of Crisis UK up and down the country as well as many other charities.

**Job Description & Duties**:
You will be expected to convert warm leads, which you will be provided with, into hot leads and then eventually sales.

We aim to procure properties which are around the Local Housing Allowance rate, therefore, there will be a level of negotiation needed to be done to make the sale.

Initially, you will be expected to liase with your senior consultants to carry out negotiations; until you become competent in this area of your role.

Other duties as required by the business to get lets agreed; such as going to the agreed properties and doing checks.

Remember, sales is a numbers game, the more rejections, the closer you are to your yes

**Salary**: £700.00-£2,100.00 per month
