An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of our Urgent Care Team which comprises Homesafe and the Home IV team Team, as an Administrator.

Joining the existing team, you will have excellent administration & communication skills as well as previous experience working within a healthcare setting; You will use those skills provide accurate, efficient and effective administration support to the clinical nursing team.

You will become part of a dynamic, interventional team which helps prevent unnecessary acute hospital attendances at A&E and subsequent non-elective admissions by keeping patients well in their own homes. In addition, the team also help prevent premature admissions in to long-term care facilities.

With your other administrator colleagues, you will provide a service to support the team on a rota basis covering the service 7 days a week during the hours of 08:00 to 22:00.
