**Description**:
We have a rare opportunity for a Business Coordinator to join us on a 9 month FTC basis working alongside the Claims Change Team to work on projects supporting the Claims Change Programme Lead on the delivery of the creation and documentation of existing an to-be processes to meet business needs.

In this role, the Business Coordinator will work alongside the Subject Matter Experts to outline existing business processes and translate into future process requirements aligned to change delivery, and work with the Change team to support the creation and delivery of change including Guidewire ClaimCentre, digital solutions, robotics and all associated claims tools.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Provide expert knowledge and facilitate input to the creation of future business processes keeping in view technology/ customer/ process/ people, for Claims Change. Seek Subject Matter Experts where necessary.
- Represent those process requirements (on behalf of the Claims Business) at all relevant discussions and workshops to ensure decisions are made in line with those requirements, or where that isn't possible, support the identification of the best alternative option.
- Provide the detail of business scenarios to the Claims Change Team, to help define and test the solutions created, ensuring that the solutions are evolving in line with the business need.
- Organise, coordinate and participate in ‘business acceptance / validation testing' of the solutions created where to-be processes are impacted, being the key point of contact for all questions, queries and issues that arise during that process, ensuring that the output supports future development where needed
- Creation of the business user and support documentation (SOP's, training guides etc.) as well as MI requirements for the developed solution, using whatever technical support is needed, and working with the other team members to ensure a consistent approach.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrable experience working in a similar role gained in in General Insurance
- Delivery focused with strong drive and ability to work independently
- Working in change environment, running and facilitating workshops.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, reporting and developing MI
- Knowledge/experience of Lean/ Sigma knowledge is desirable.
- Inquisitive and challenging to ensure robustness of output
- Understanding of Project Management experience and adopting Agile project methodology.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Proactive problem solver
- Be able to work diligently within complex processes and structures.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
