**Key Details**:

- **Location**: North Manchester
- **Role**: Child Support Worker
- **Hours**: 08:30 - 15:45, Monday to Friday (term time only)
- **Start Date**: As soon as possible

**Why this role is perfect for you**: As a **Child Support Worker**, you will be at the heart of the children's journey, working alongside the Class Teacher to deliver engaging lessons, ensuring children stay focused, and assisting with behaviour management. You'll also play a vital role in supporting the personal and physical care of pupils, helping with feeding, changing, and other daily tasks depending on their individual needs. Each day brings the chance to build strong, supportive relationships with the students and be a positive influence in their lives.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Follow and uphold school policies to create a safe and nurturing environment.
- Assist with feeding, personal care, and other support as required.
- Work with the Class Teacher to deliver lessons and keep students motivated and engaged.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Recent experience working with children or adults with learning disabilities, either in care or education.
- A caring and compassionate approach to providing personal care when needed.
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above.
