Are you **passionate** about working with **children?**
We are looking for **kind, nurturing** and **patient** practitioners with good communication skills.
An Early Years Qualification is essential, as is a positive attitude and caring nature.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for the children's emotional wellbeing, and supporting their continuing learning and development. You will also be developing close relationships with our children's families.
In line with the new EYFS and ‘Development Matters’ that were introduced in September 2021, we have reviewed our observation/assessment procedures to remove unnecessary paperwork and workload for our practitioners.
Practitioners are encouraged to spend quality time with their key children rather than writing observations for learning journeys.

Shift patterns either:
- 7am until 5pm
- 7.30am until 5.30pm
- 8am until 6pm
- Four days a week.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
