Due to sustained success and growth within Trinity Create, we are now expanding and are looking for a **Social Media Executive** to join the team based at our head office in Crewe.

As a Social Media Executive, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of social media briefs for multiple clients and internal Group Brands. You will be delivering organic and paid social campaigns for a range of Internal, B2B and B2C clients across several industries.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Be the point of social media expertise within the company with an understanding of the principles of marketing and social media’s marketing function.
- Create social media and Content Strategies for various brands across multiple platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple social media profiles across all platforms growing the brands online social networks by increasing fan base and interactions.
- Create and proof all planned social media content created and other digital content where required
- Analysis of social media channels to Identify, research and understand target audiences for various brands.
- Identify content categories and pillars that will resonate with the target audience to increase brand exposure and conversions.
- Research keywords, hashtags, trends, holidays to effectively implement such strategies and contribute ideas to copywriting for various brands.
- Identify the best times to post and schedule content across multiple platforms to reach, inform and engage the right target audience.
- Manage & Monitor performance across multiple social media channels for various brands.
- Ability to research and recommend social media tools to streamline the execution of the social media marketing process.

About You:

- Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration.
- Understand what types of content work best for each social media platform to ensure the content created is distributed effectively.
- Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid writing skills - We’re looking for someone with a good sense of wit and charm in their writing.
- Come from a creative agency background or an in-house brand/creative environment
- Be process driven with great attention to detail
- Be able to plan, organise and execute weekly and monthly schedules
