**Main duties include but are not limited to**:
- Patient data management on SystmOne
- Maintain smooth running of the office, including equipment and uniform ordering
- Telephone support to the team
Data capture on SystmOne
- Taking minutes in meetings

What is Staff Bank?
Our EPUT NHS staff bank is an entity managed by the trust that hires clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals to take on shifts at our trust hospitals and community settings. Here at EPUT we maintain our own bank of specialist staff to ensure that we are able offer safe and effective care at all times.
All our permanent staff are automatically enrolled onto the staff bank however this does not mean you have to work any additional shifts, but the option is there for you if you wish.
If you are joining our Trust in a fixed term role, please indicate on your New Starter Paperwork that you wish to join our staff bank.
- To support the community palliative care nursing team with administration. Core responsibilities are accepting and processing referrals and assigning these to the correct team, and ordering medical equipment and uniforms.
- This is an office based role to take receipt of goods ordered and assist the nurses with issues such as IT, scanning and filing.
- The service will ensure the timely and accurate recording of all activity across services using Trust information system
- Due to the nature of the role a strong emphasis is placed on safeguarding confidentiality and this forms a pre-requisite for every Administration Assistant.
The Post Holder will work exclusively with the community palliative care team for 3 fixed days a week.
