**The Person & Skills**

We are looking for a Payroll Administrator who has previous experience ideally with Resource link payroll systems. Alternatively if you have experience within payroll or dealing with payroll please do apply.

You should:

- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have previous experience with a busy payroll environment
- Be able to identify and resolve issues
- Flexible can-do working attitude
- Be up to date with current payroll legislation
- Have an understanding of employment law with regards to Maternity / Paternity pay and NMW
- Have used payroll systems and software

**The Role**

Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader this Payroll Administrator will be involved in:

- Preparation, processing and administration of monthly and weekly payroll
- Checking reports at payroll validation and correcting any problems
- Being part of the team moving from paper to a cloud based system
- Ensuring compliance with new starters and leavers
- Provide 1st line support to employees and line managers
- High volume payroll over multiple companies.

You will be given extensive and continuous training and support. This company believes in developing their team and as a market leader offers plenty of opportunity to do that.
