We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented individual to join our **Leadership & Organisational Development** team as a **Service Development Manager.** This is a new role and is offered on a permanent part-time basis working _20 hours per week_.

We are based in a modern office space in _Willenhall_, where we regularly come together as functional and project teams to collaborate, and of course catch up. However, we do all also work from home and our client’s sites across the region - generallywe’re in the office one or two days a week.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Director, Leadership, OD & Resourcing, this is a pivotal role within the Leadership and OD team responsible for managing the commercial consultancy service and is the lead interface with our L&OD service leads and our talent bank of associates

In this role you will take clients briefs, write proposals, and prepare bids for work, to meet our clients' needs, which may be a combination of bespoke or off the shelf products and services.

You will also source, design, and launch new Leadership and OD products and services, and subsequently monitor the outcomes to capture impact, value added and improvements. You will work closely with our WME Associates who you will commission to deliver,on behalf of WME, to our clients across the region.

This is a client facing role in which you will proactively promote and sell the products WME offer including the design and promotion of marketing materials.

**About you**

We are looking for someone who has experience of providing a customer facing service to the highest of standards and can demonstrate excellent consultation skills to involve stakeholders, internal and external, in exploring innovative approaches and solutions.

As someone who is energized by working collaboratively and building strong working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues, you will have the ability to flex and adapt your approach to your audience and the needs of the organisation. This will besupported by excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation and project management skills and commercial acumen.

You will have experience of working within HR and / or Learning and Organisational Development with a passion for learning and development, people and organisations.
