Position: Operations Manager

Location: Watford & London

**Salary**: £30,00 to £35,000

About the role:
Due to an internal promotion and a major growth of our business a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join our dedicated team at Komplex Care

What will you be doing?
- To provide leadership, support, mentorship, and line management to the frontline care staff
- Evidence that you are organised individual who can manage all day-to-day aspects of a diverse group of clients
- Ensure/monitor that the quality of the services are maintained at the highest level
- Look to improve or maintain the CQC standards within all packages
- Have the ability to work in a fast pace reactive environment
- Provide reports and briefings to the Operations Director
- Have a can do positive attitude
- Have access to your own vehicle and be able to travel to clients home
- Be able to follow procedures and policies with regards to the support that is being delivered
- Any other duties that the Directors may at times reasonably require
