We have an exciting full-time opportunity to work as a Customer Service Advisor in Bristol No experience is required, with all training provided and paid for.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering and resolving inbound calls from customers with speed and precision.
- Deliver quality customer service with patience, empathy and building rapport are essential.
- Record, track, and effectively resolve incidents and queries.
- Comply with company policies and practices.
- Update your knowledge through the associated guidelines and procedures.
- Strive to achieve first call resolution.

**What are we looking for?**
As a customer service advisor, you will be expected to have:

- People skills - you will be required to interact with a diverse range of people daily. A friendly telephone manner and strong communication skills are essential.

**Salary**: £20,800 per annum.

**Hours**:40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, and 9am - 5.30pm Saturday & Sunday. Flexible shifts with options for a 4-day working week

**Training**: Full training provided and paid for.

**Location**: Bristol (BS1), UK.

**Start**: Immediately.
