Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join our passionate and driven team in Loanhead, Edinburgh
The Contract Administrator will support a selection of facilities management contracts in financial and commercial administration including processing of supplier invoices, resolving supplier invoice queries, reconciling supplier statement of accounts withsystem invoices / payments, and issuing remittances. The contract administrator will also support the day to day running of the contracts by supporting engineer timesheet administration and client invoicing. The role offers flexible working opportunity betweenhome and our offices in Glasgow or Edinburgh.

**Job Title: Contract Administrator - Finance & Commercial**
**Working Hours: Monday to Friday**
**Location: Loanhead, Edinburgh**
**Your primary responsibilities will include**:
- Process high-volume supplier and subcontractor invoices for payment.
- Gaining authorization of invoices in a timely manner.
- Efficiently dealing with and resolving any queries.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Managing key suppliers in the best interest of the group.
- Communicating with supply chain partners and resolving any queries in timely manner
- Ensuring that the correct documentation and process procedures are complied with when processing invoices
- Chasing supplier invoices when required to ensure timeous invoicing
- Accurate Updating of Concept System: LOC codes/Cost Code checking/amend
**About You**:
- Purchase Ledger experience preferable
- A focused individual with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Confident in communicating to customers, suppliers, and employees.
- Excellent PC skills, including MS Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
