At **National Car Parks** we are looking full time **Car Park Attendants** for our client busy international airport. You will be part of a friendly team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment **PURPOSE**: The purpose of this role is to resolve customer concerns, patrol car parks, deter crime and to implement traffic control measures whilst maintaining the prescribed standards of quality, cleanliness, safety and delivery continuous improvement. **SALARY / SHIFT PATTERN** £9.50 per hour 42 hour working week in a 4 on 4 off rolling rota Covering 12 hour shifts 0600 - 1800 then 1800 - 0600 1 month in rotation **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Responding to queries or assisting customers in need of attention. - Undertaking regular foot patrols of the car park to ensure high standards of security - Following up on recommended adjustments to ensure customer satisfaction whilst having input in site continuous improvement workshops - Monitoring of CCTV and identified criminal activity in accordance with company procedures. - Operating parking control equipment as appropriate. - Regulating entry and exit of vehicles to and from car parks. - Issuing parking charge notices. - Monitoring the appearance of the designated car park, taking action to ensure that company standards (including clean, safe and working) are achieved and maintained.. - Responsibility for taking reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by your acts, and to take measures in the promotion and maintenance of health and safety measures. - Have the ability to be trained and provide high quality valet service for high performance vehicles **CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT** - This role can lead to future qualifications such as "Security Industry Authority" (SIA) Licence for CCTV Operators - PCV driving license Cat D (required for 16 seat vehicles) **PERSON SPECIFICATION** **Technical Skills** - Basic Computer Skills - must be Excel competent **Experience** - Previous experience of a customer service environment. **What we offer** - Up to 25 days holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays) - One day extra holiday for your birthday - Free city center and on-site parking - Discount on Gym Memberships - Cycle to Work Scheme - up to £1000 towards a new bike - Rail Season Ticket Loan - Generous Pension Scheme - Health Cash Plan **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: £9.50 per hour **Benefits**: - Company pension - Cycle to work scheme - On-site parking Schedule: - 8 hour shift Licence/Certification: - Driving Licence (required) Reference ID: ATR
