**Job Title**: New Connections Planner
**Hours**: 7:30 - 17:00
**Contract**: Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £25,000 (Dependent on Experience)

**Responsibilities**:

- Use Management Information systems to effectively capture and report accurate data, ensuring timelines are met.
- First point of contact with external and internal stakeholders ensuring information is distributed.
- Undertake business activities to ensure all information is accurate and to up to date.
- Answer initial queries and escalate to relevant area of the organisation if required.
- Undertake general office administration duties.
- Compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental and Fleet policies, procedures and standards.

- Previous relevant experience is preferred
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Comfortable with technology with a good basic knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook etc.
