**What You'll Do**: As a Therapist in the team you'll play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support to young people and helping them develop the skills they need to overcome challenges and reach their full potential. We strongly believe that children and young people require the support from a dedicated care team to help them grow. Therefore you will also offer your reflections and expertise to help the key workers to attune and meet the emotional needs of the children. and young people they acre for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- **Conducting individual sessions to support the emotional and psychological needs of children and young people**:
- **Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive plans tailored to each young person's unique needs**:
- **Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining accurate records in compliance with Ofsted regulations and professional relevant guidelines**:
- **Participating in team meetings and case conferences to ensure coordinated care for all young people**:
- **Provide reflective practice and consultation spaces to the key workers**
- **The minimum Diploma level 4 in Psychological therapy - CBT, Play therapist, Dramatherapist, Counsellor, Systemic therapist**:
- **Previous experience working with children and young people, preferably in a residential care setting**:
- **Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and working in a regulatory environment**:
- **Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with children, young people, their families and the systemic team around them**:
- **A collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy, with a commitment to promoting resilience and empowerment**
