As a Communications Assistant, you will be the driving force behind customer engagement, providing information about our products and services, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless sales process. This is an exciting role for a proactive, people-oriented individual with a passion for connecting with customers and driving results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in creating and delivering compelling pitches, presentations, and follow-up materials.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to confidently communicate features and benefits to customers.
- **Market Research**: Gather insights on customer needs and industry trends to support continuous improvement in sales and communication strategies.
- **CRM Management**: Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system to support seamless follow-ups and data-driven sales strategies.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop new communication initiatives and identify sales opportunities.

**Qualifications**:
New graduates with relevant skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

Pay: From £24,450.00 per year

Additional pay:
