**About the Role**:
As a Trainee Sales Assistant, you'll represent leading brands and become the face of their products. You'll be connecting with customers at key locations across Belfast, building trust, and helping them discover the value of what we offer.

**Day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Engaging with customers face-to-face to build relationships and promote products
- Presenting brand information clearly and confidently to generate interest and sales
- Learning persuasive communication and customer service techniques
- Supporting the team to maintain a positive and productive working environment
- Identifying opportunities to grow our customer base and strengthen existing relationships
- Taking initiative to overcome challenges with a proactive mindset
