Are you a passionate Finance Specialist with a background in Car finance and car sales?

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Finance Specialist to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Stamford working as part of their Sales team.

As Finance Specialist you will work to secure the best possible finance deal for you customer/client. Keeping to high levels of customer service levels and always striving to go above and beyond for each client/customer.
This is a sales target focused position and previous experience within a FCA approved finance and sales background is needed.

Principle Responsibilities for the **Finance Specialist**:

- Search and secure the best possible finance deals for each customer and client.
- Work to high levels of customer service and SLAs.
- Always strive to achieve sales targets to drive the business forward.
- Lead generation, bringing in new potential business.
- Work well as part of a team and wider business, motivate and support your peers and colleagues.
- Always work to FCA regulations.

Person specification:

- Previous experience within financing, ideally 2+ years.
- Previous experience with dealing with high-end and luxury products and goods.
- Proven sales success, to consistently achieve and over achieve set sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail.
- IT Literate

**This is a full time permanent Finance Specialist position,
Monday to Friday office hours, with optional Saturdays
Offering an annual salary of £19,000 plus competitive uncapped commission structure.**
