A small and well-established Project Management Building Consultancy is now actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team in Manchester.

**The Senior Project Manager's Role**

The successful Senior Project Manager will be hitting the ground running with a number of ongoing Residential projects, including both new build schemes and refurbishments.

Project values range from £500k up to £15m and will need delivering from inception to completion over the next two years, with further opportunity to diversify into projects in other build sectors, including mixed-use Retail and Commercial schemes.

**Senior Project Manager Requirements**
- 6+ years of prior Project Manager experience working in construction consultancy
- Extensive experience working with Residential-based projects
- Strong client-facing ability and commercial awareness
- Able to commute to and from site locations
- Hold a RICS accredited degree
- Be a member of, or be working towards, a construction-based subscription (RICS, APM, CIOB)
