A respectable Building Consultancy with offices throughout the UK is now looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in Manchester.

**The Senior Project Manager's Role**

As the successful Senior Project Manager, you will have an extensive background of work within the Public Sector, ideally having worked on projects in the Healthcare, Education and Justice build sectors in the past.

The Senior Project Manager will deliver projects from inception to completion and will also undertake Contract Administration duties. Project values that the Senior Project Manager can expect to work on will range from £2m - £60m and will be located acrossthe Northeast.

**Senior Project Manager Requirements**
- 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Construction Consultancy
- Evidence of delivering projects within the Public Sector
- A deep understanding of Contract Administration duties
- Be a member of a relevant construction/project management-based institute (RICS, APM, CIOB)
- Strong client-facing ability and commercial awareness
- Leadership skills
