Position: Store Supervisor - 9 Months Maternity Cover (With potential for permanent employment thereafter)

Location: Glasgow

Employment Type: Full-Time

Rate of Pay: £12.00 per hour

Your Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.

Train, motivate, and supervise retail staff to deliver outstanding performance.

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with management for effective stock management.

Uphold visual merchandising standards to create an engaging and visually appealing store layout.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and solution-oriented manner.

Assist in implementing promotional strategies and ensuring accurate pricing.

Qualifications:
Previous retail or supervisory experience is preferred.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Expected hours: 33.75 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (required)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
