We are currently looking for a part time supervisor to join our retail team at The Rangers Store - Edmiston House on a 24 hour per week contract.

Previous Senior Sales or Supervisor experience at a fast paced retailer is essential. Pay is dependant on age.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Leading a team ensuring all KPIs are being driven
- Maximising sales opportunities
- Daily reporting to Store & Regional Manager
- Stock management & loss prevention
- Ensuring visual excellence throughout the store
- Training and developing team members
- Ensuring Health & Safety guidelines are being adhered to

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Providing excellent customer service
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Ensuring all Health and Safety guidelines are followed
- Strive to achieve excellence at all times
- Be able to deal with customers and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner
- Display resilience throughout an everchanging retail environment
- Lead a team with a customer first heads-up mentality
- Display a confident approach to maximising sales
- Be able to communicate professionally with team members and all relevant stakeholders
- Have good time keeping and be reliable
- Be flexible towards working hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £8.13-£11.03 per hour
