The Country’s leading Building Preservation and Property Repair Contractor, Richardson & Starling, are seeking to recruit a trainee Contracts Coordinator. The role aims to assist our Contracting team with the booking of domestic, local authority and commercial contracts. The job will be based at our Headquarters in Cambuslang.

Requirements for a successful applicant:

- Good communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Good time management skills
- The ability to be proactive and problem solve
- Customer service experience
- The ability to work under pressure and multi task
- Good organisational skills

Reporting to the office manager, this role affords the successful applicant the opportunity for career progression within Richardson and Starling and the wider Veitchi group of companies. This role attracts a competitive salary, life assurance cover, pension scheme and other benefits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
