Founded in 1978, Clark Contracts Ltd is a privately owned main contractor with six operating divisions; Construction, Retail, Fit Out, Small Works, Maintenance and Manufactured Joinery. We employ over 230 people with offices in the East and West of Scotland.

We are recruiting for a new Bids and Proposals Coordinator to join our fast-paced Marketing and Business Development department.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Preparing responses to PQQ/SPD and tender submissions in line with client deadlines.
- Working with other departments to source required information for PQQ and tender submissions.
- Producing and maintaining supporting materials including presentations, organisational charts, CV’s and case studies.
- Supporting the renewal of company accreditations
- Using online tendering portals, identifying any potential opportunities and assessing their suitability
- Any other activity required to support the Business Development and Marketing team.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following skills and qualities:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasking ability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of construction industry (preferable)
