**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction for both the client and the company.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential for effective client interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully and close deals while maintaining positive relationships.
- Familiarity with IT systems and tools that support sales processes is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Time management skills are crucial for prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A background in customer service will be beneficial in understanding client needs and enhancing their experience.
