Page Personnel are partnering with a fantastic NFP trust in Pontefract who are seeking a HR Officer to join their HR function. This is a varied role centred around end-to-end recruitment management coupled with managing all first-line ER matters and transactionalsupport. **Description**

In a busy and varied HR Officer position, roles and remits will include;
- Provide an efficient and comprehensive service with regards to recruitment and selection
- Liaise with recruitment agencies, advertising companies and other external contacts with regards to recruitment
- Provide the HR team with support relating to the management of attendance, including organising sickness absence review meetings and managing a designated caseload
- Support management with note taking or managing employee relation matters in formal meetings such as disciplinaries, grievances, flexible working meetings
- Maintain and deliver effective and accurate HR administration, including absence, training, and disciplinary records, ensuring legislative requirements are met along with best practice

**Profile**

We're looking for someone with;
- Clear evidence and experience of working within a generalist HR environment
- Recruitment experience across the recruitment cycle
- Understanding and practical knowledge of employment law and employer best practice
- Critical reasoning, logical problem solving and analytical skills
- Highly motivated with a genuine interest in HR generally and recruitment specifically

**Job Offer**
